My Drift Story
There were signs.
Burnout. Guilt. Overthinking. Feeling like I was constantly “on,”
but never in my life.
I was productive. But disconnected.
Helpful to others. But numb to myself.
I knew how to perform. But not how to feel.
That’s the thing about the Drift.
It doesn’t knock you out—it wears you down.
And one day, I realized: I wasn’t choosing. I was reacting.
